790 Summit Avenue Built: 1905 Style: Tudor Revival / Colonial Revival The house was owned by James G.Hammond. Hammond was president of the Dakota-Manitoba Land Company, apparently a real estate investment firm. Hammond probably owned this house for investment purposes, since he lived at 327 Prior Avenue from at least 1906 until his death in 1912.
