780 Summit Avenue Built: 1909 Style: Colonial Revival The was designed by an architect known only by the last name of Sunburg and built at a cost of $8,500 for owner Clarence A. Waldon. Waldon apparently did not live in the house, but owned a home in Minneapolis. In 1927 this house was owned by the House of Hope Presbyterian Church.
