Watson and Sarah Davidson House

344 Summit Avenue Built: 1915 Style: Beaux Arts / Tudor Revival The first house on this lot was constructed in 1886 for Samuel M. Magoffin, a lawyer. The house was razed in 1914 and the present house was built for an estimated cost of $40,000. Watson Davidson was the president of Davidson Company, a real estate firm. In 1961 the house became the location for the School of Associated Arts, now called the College of Visual Arts.
