Style: Renaissance Revival
Thomas Scott was president of the Northern Exchange Bank and In 1896 he became president of the Life Insurance Clearing Association. He was elected to the Minnesota Legislature. The house was built for an estimated $40,000 and designed by prominent St. Paul architects Reed and Stem.
