361 Summit Avenue Built: 1912 Style: Tudor Revival The first house on this lot was constructed in 1882 for C.S. Bunker and moved to 506 Summit in 1912. The present house was constructed for an estimated $12,000. The house is one of the nicest of architect Peter Linhoff's seventeen designs on Summit Avenue.
