The original owner was Charles Paul who only lived in the house until 1885 and is listed as a realestate agent in the city directory in 1887. The house was designed by early St. Paul architect Abraham Radcliffe who established an office in the city as early as 1858.
 


Comment: (12.75.134.82) This home is in need of attraction but not much I stongly would suggest adding some colored shutters it will be cheap and make a wonder of difference
