North Summit Avenue: Selby to Nina

William B. Bend House

William B. Bend House

239 Summit Avenue
Built 1882
Style: Victorian, Altered Tudor Revival
Hidden behind the trees, this house has been totally altered since its construction in 1882. Its frilly open porch and Victorian quality was traded in the 1920's for a Tudor Revival exterior. It's original owner, William B. Bend, was secretary and treasurer of the St. Paul Harvester Works.

Comment: (204.169.104.97) thats great, ok?

Comment: (12.75.134.82) I think the home looks sort of boring, but I am sure it is beautiful on the inside, I think it could use some cosmetic accent pieces on the exterior perhaps consider painting and adding shutters
