Exchange Street Built: 1885 Style: Queen Anne Architects: James Knox Taylor and Matthew Craig This was the second home of Henry and Charlotte Cozzenz Knox in the Irvine Park neighborhood, the first was at 26 Irvine Park. In 1892 former Governor Horance Austin and his wife Lena Morrill, came to live with the Knoxes. Charlotte and Henry then moved to Minneapolis later that year and eventually left Minnesota all together. In 1895 William Edward Rogers bought the house. Rogers was one of the founders of the Central Christian Church and wife Margaret Kerfoot Vernon Rogers, was president of St. Paul's first woman's suffrage organization.
